Flows was created for people who love music and connection, but also value balance. It brings together curated DJs and live performances with 50+ workshops for body, mind and awareness. The concept is simple but rare in today's festival landscape: dance when you want, rest when you want.

The music at Flows is right in the sweet spot. Flows follows a natural arc — groovy and uplifting house sets shape the afternoons by the beach, and as the sun sets, the sound deepens into melodic, progressive house with hints of afro tribal and more hypnotic directions. The Location
The festival unfolds on Ugljan Island, directly by the beach, surrounded by pine trees and open space. Everything happens within walking distance: stages, workshops, the beach, restaurants and shared areas. No transfers, no rushing. Workshops & Wellbeing
Mornings and afternoons are dedicated to workshops that work with the body, mind and awareness — from movement and somatics to soft skills, meditation and creative practices. These sessions offer depth without obligation. Nothing is mandatory. With more than 50 workshops, you choose what resonates with you for the day.
Sail2Flows — An Extra Adventure
For those who want something truly unique, Sail2Flows is a four-day sailing experience that takes place alongside the festival.
