Service Description
Big Bells Digital offers a premium recording experience for DJs, with state-of-the-art equipment including Pioneer DJ gear and high-quality multi-camera video recording. Our studio provides a unique artist atelier ambience, perfect for capturing your DJ mix with pristine sound quality. In addition, we offer teaser video clips, promo photos for social media, and a professional touch that sets us apart. Your mix will be uploaded on our Youtube channel.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Availability All bookings must be requested via email, Instagram DM, or through our website form. Sessions are confirmed only after written confirmation from our team and a deposit is received (50€ in advance). We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Pricing The full session price is €250 (includes 60-minute studio time, video recording, post-production, live stream on Youtube channel from Big Bells Digital, teaser clip, and promo photos). Optional upgrades (e.g., extended recording, inviting additional guests, friends) are priced separately. Deposit & Payment A €50 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining €200 is payable on the day of the recording, before the session begins. Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled session. You may reschedule once free of charge if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit and require full payment for future bookings. Session Details Each booking includes 60 minutes of studio time (includes setup and teardown) DJs should arrive 15 minutes early to prepare. Bring your own USB sticks. Promotional Use Delivery of Final Content Edited full-length video DJ mix (Full HD) will be uploaded on our (Big Bells Digital) Youtube channel, any reuploading this video is not allowed. You will receive: 1x teaser clip (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok ready) 2–3 high-quality promo photos Delivery time: Within 2–3 weeks. Promotional Use We will upload your mix to our Big Bells Digital YouTube channel, share content on Instagram & Facebook Pages and upload on SoundCloud channel (optional).
